How I work
From idea to production.
At Otakoyi I designed the frontend architecture and core features of five client products for EU, US, UAE and Ukrainian customers, from estimates and technical planning to production release. At Solvexus I took two Flutter apps from concept to App Store and Google Play release.

At Solvexus I designed and rolled out a team-wide, agent-orchestrated development workflow on Claude Code: 12 per-stack implementer, reviewer and investigator agents, adopted as the standard way of working by the entire engineering team. I built MCP servers for Azure DevOps, Azure Application Insights and Jam that give agents direct access to the issue tracker, production telemetry and bug reproductions.
Open source: claude-agent-workflow, a reference implementation of an agent-orchestrated development workflow.
